Easy peasy! There is a keysafe by the front door.
Your release code will be emailed to you two days before your arrival date.

Please be aware that normally check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am.

Depending on our booking/cleaning schedule, there may be some flexibility so an early check in may be possible. Once the apartment is ready you will receive a text/email to confirm so feel free to make yourself at home after.

Please note that the check out time is not flexible as we have limited time to turn the apartment around for the next guests.

We certainly are subject to the following:

  • No more than two
  • No dogs on the bed please without a cover blanket
  • No dogs on the leather sofa bed without a cover blanket please
  • There is a small £10 charge per stay for dogs. It just goes to the Housekeeper to cover the extra cleaning. If you haven’t paid during your booking (some online travel agents don’t show this) , please leave cash in the flat when you leave.
  • There are stainless steel dog bowls plus a jar of Scooby snacks in a kitchen cupboard at your disposal.
  • For their constitutionals there are doggie bags. Feel free to use the communal garden. You will see the wheelies where you you can bag it up and bin it.

There is free parking for one medium sized car on the forecourt. Long Wheel Base vehicles cannot be accommodated as space is tight! However, there is free on street parking in the village centre or in the next road up from the apartment (Grove Road). Please get in touch before your visit if you have any concerns.

There is a Graco Travel cot, additional mattress and cover available at no extra cost. There is also a high chair should you need one. They are both stored under the main bed. Please help yourself, just give them a wipe down before you depart and leave out the mattress cover to be laundered.

So you don’t have to go shopping straight away, I always provide the following when you arrive:

  • Welcome pack that includes, milk pods, bread, butter, eggs, tea, coffee, machine with variety of pods, sugar, jams, biscuits, bottled water and some sweeties. etc. Also:
  • Bathroom toiletries
  • Quality bed linen
  • Towels
  • Spa slippers
  • Basic cleaning items

If you have any special requests, perhaps for a celebration and you would like assistance in arranging something on arrival please contact me. Happy to help if I can.

There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy inside the apartment. You may obviously smoke outside but please dispose of the butts in the bin, not on the forecourt.

Your wellbeing and safety is paramount. For your peace of mind (and mine!) I have in place the following:

  • Smoke alarms
  • Carbon monoxide detector
  • Fire extinguisher
  • First aid kit
  • Child proof plug socket covers (in cupboard)
  • Electric & Gas safety certificates
  • Chip pan extinguisher

Yes! You will be in the heart of the village and so everything is on your doorstep. Across the road you will find:

  • Our local Minimart/Newsagent/Post Office Counter
  • The Beachcomber Cafe/restaurant/bar/ice cream parlour
  • Pebble Beach restaurant
  • Oslar Coffee Shop
  •  The Cliff House, a lively Restaurant and bar about 10 minutes walk away.
  • If you need to do a bigger shop then LIDL is within walking distance (15 mins) or a main Tesco is about a 5 minute drive. Check google maps for directions.
